Payments

Booking Cancellation:

If you cancel anytime payments (less ) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 1,500.00 CAD.

Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.

Booking Deposit:

The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance:

The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Payment Methods:

Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque.

Deposits

Security or Damage:

A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000.00 CAD is due 10 days prior to arrival.

Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Children of all ages are allowed.

Quiet Time:

There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
